Neia | Watch is a film and TV discovery platform that may offer users film and TV discovery, personalized recommendations, Watchlist and lists, AI-powered search, social features, Watch Together and event features.

The current version of Neia | Watch is offered free of charge. Some AI-powered features may be subject to usage credits. Users may be granted a certain amount of free AI credits upon account creation. Users may earn additional free AI credits through the invitation and reward mechanisms specified within the application.

AI credits are not money or a money-equivalent value; they cannot be converted to cash, cannot be transferred to other users, and are valid only for use of the relevant features within Neia | Watch.

You are responsible for the security of information associated with your account.

You may not access other people's accounts without permission or create an account impersonating another person.

Use of an account for incorrect, misleading or unlawful purposes is prohibited.

The following behaviours are prohibited when using Neia | Watch:

Rights to the lists, comments or other original user content you create within Neia | Watch remain with you.

By publishing this content within Neia | Watch, you grant Neia | Watch the limited use license necessary for the content to be displayed, distributed and technically processed within the service. This license is used solely for the operation and provision of the Neia | Watch service.

Some film and TV information shown within Neia | Watch may be obtained from TMDB and other third-party data providers.

Neia | Watch does not guarantee that film information, cast information, posters, streaming platform information, screening information and similar data provided by third parties is complete or entirely up to date.

Recommendations and AI-powered results within Neia | Watch may be generated by algorithmic systems.

There is no guarantee that recommendations will be entirely suited to the user's taste or that information generated by AI will always be error-free.

Users should not rely solely on AI-generated information for important decisions.

The current version of Neia | Watch is offered free of charge. There is no paid subscription, in-app purchase, advertising or other paid feature. Some AI-powered features may be subject to usage credits; the current features and usage limits shown within the application apply.

Neia | Watch may from time to time offer invitation rewards, promotions or campaigns.

The terms of use of these features may be explained separately on the relevant campaign or reward screen.

AI credits are not money or a money-equivalent value; they cannot be converted to cash, cannot be transferred to other users, and are valid only for use of the relevant features within Neia | Watch.

In the event of abuse of the invitation or reward systems, creation of fake accounts or manipulation of the reward mechanism, the credits earned may be revoked or the access of the relevant accounts to these features may be restricted.

Rights to the original software, interface, design, brand elements and other original materials of the Neia | Watch application belong to the relevant rights holders under applicable legislation. The Neia name is currently used as an application and product brand.

Rights to film and TV posters, images, trademarks, data sets and other third-party materials belong to the relevant rights holders.

In case of violation of these Terms of Use, compromise of platform security or behaviours that harm other users, account features may be restricted, the account may be suspended or, in serious cases, the account may be closed.

Where applicable, the user will be informed about such action.

The user may initiate account deletion from within the application at any time. The account deletion process is carried out together with the data deletion process described in the Privacy Policy.

Neia | Watch features may be changed, improved or removed over time. Changes that significantly affect user rights may be communicated to the user when necessary.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes may be announced within the application. Cases where applicable legislation separately requires user consent are reserved.
